Follow these simple steps to activate your 14-day full-access trial:

  • Go to hub.woundscribe.ai and select "Sign up" at the bottom of the screen.

    • Quick Start: Enter your Name and Email, or select "Sign in with Google" for one-click access.

    • Verify: Check your inbox for a verification link. Once clicked, hit "Continue" to move to the secure dashboard.

    • Accept Terms: Review and check the box for our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Select "Agree and Continue."

    • Complete Profile: On the My Profile page, click the "Edit Profile" button in the top right to enter your professional details. This ensures your clinical notes are attributed correctly.

  • At the bottom of your Profile page, click "Manage Organizations." You have two paths:

    • Joining an existing team? Click "Join Organization" and enter your team’s 16-digit Org ID.

    • Starting a new trial for your clinic? Click "Create Organization." Enter your clinic's name, address, and contact info, then click "Create Organization."

  • Once your organization appears on the screen with a "Pending" tag, you’re all set.
    What happens next?

    1. Manual Review: Our team manually reviews every new organization to maintain the highest security standards for healthcare data.

    2. Activation: Once approved, your 14-day trial officially begins.

    3. Go Live: You will receive a "Welcome" email. You can then log in and immediately begin creating patients and generating AI-powered wound notes.
